Yes! We have a selection of signature baskets that are always available for easy gifting. Each basket is thoughtfully curated and beautifully wrapped. For further customization on the signature baskets, please reach out to us!

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
For signature baskets, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. For custom baskets, large orders, or corporate gifting, we suggest 5-7 business days to ensure the highest quality and customization.

Can I add my own items to a basket?
Yes! We’re happy to incorporate a special item into your custom basket. Just let us know when placing your order, and we’ll coordinate the details.

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We provide local delivery within Los Angeles County for a flat fee of $75. If you live outside of LA County, please contact us for a quote. Same-day delivery may be available upon request. Delivery times and fees vary based on location.

Yes! We carefully package and ship our gift baskets across the U.S. via trusted carriers. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location. Baskets may need to be assembled upon arrival depending on size, location of delivery, and type of shipping selected.

Yes! At checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date and time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our baskets, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right!
